For 30 years Triangle Lifeline Medical Alert Systems has been the # 1 Medical Alert company in the Triangle and surrounding areas. We are centrally located in the heart of the Triangle at I-40 and hwy 55 in Durham. We serve Wake County, Durham County, Orange County, Granville County, Person County, and Chatham County. We pride ourselves on providing the very best in personal customer service. We understand the risk of seniors living alone and how important it is for our subscribers to live safe and independently in their own home. We also recognize the stress and worry caregivers experience when an at risk love one lives alone. With a touch of a button our subscribers can get help fast 24 hours a day 7 days a week. When Triangle Lifeline receives a help call we can immediately call 911 or a caregiver to respond to the subscribers home.
Five reasons Triangle Lifeline is the # 1 Medical Alert service in the Triangle...
1) Triangle Lifeline is locally owned and operated which enables our technicians to drive to each and every customer.
Other companies are located out of town and are unable to ever visit the subscribers home.
Always remember if you have to call a 1-800 number to talk to a companies representative, they are not local..
2) If one of our subscribers losses or misplaces their help button, the subscribers is without service. Triangle Lifeline's technician will drive to the subscribers home, usually the same day and replace the lost button at no charge.
Other companies will mail the replacement button for a charge of $50-$100.
3) Triangle Lifeline does not hire another company to handle the billing. If a subscriber has a question about their bill they can talk personally to our manager Steve Wray.
Triangle Lifeline excepts three types of payment, all major credit cards, checking account draft or we can send you a bill in the mail.
Other companies hire another company to handle the billing and some companies do not send bills or use checking account draft.
4) If ever the Lifeline unit is accidentally unplugged or the subscriber moves a Triangle Lifeline Technician will make a service call and reinstall the unit or assist in moving the unit at no charge.
Other companies will make a service call and charge for it or will try to work out the problem on the phone.
5) Triangle Lifeline Medical Alerts has monitored more seniors in the Triangle than any other company. We are very proud to say we have helped thousands of seniors live safely and independently in their own home for 30 years.
